Your responses to this form will be used as a reference for our writers as they prepare bios and stories. They will adjust all the bios to be uniform and may contact you for additional details or clarifications. You will be sent a final copy for your approval. Please limit your response to 170 words.

Lecture Title

Your college representative will provide you information on your lecture venue.

Most lectures will be held on October 8 at 11:00 a.m. Lectures should end no later than 11:50 a.m. so you can arrive at the reception and awards luncheon on time. Colleges may choose to give an introduction and request time for Q&A. We advise you to coordinate with your college representatives for further details.

For your lecture, we encourage topics related to your field of expertise, how you arrived where you are, and the impact of BYU on your life and work. Lecture titles should be brief (no longer that 7 words) and engaging. Below are some examples from past years.

Provide a digital color 8"x10" or larger professional headshot of you in business attire. The photo must be a jpeg file at least 300 pixels per inch. If you need an updated professional photo and will be in Provo, you are welcome to have one taken by our university photographer, free of charge. Please call BYU Photo at (801) 422-7322 as soon as possible for an appointment.
