You may find an online campus map here: map.byu.edu. This will help you locate your lecture locations.
Please send your license plate number along with the make, model, and color of your vehicle to alumni_events@byu.edu as soon as you know which car you will be using. We will register your car with the campus police so you will be able to park anywhere on campus without any problems. If you are coming from out of town, sending your plate information the morning of is fine.

Toggle ItemLuncheon Invitations
After we receive your completed Contact Information Form, we will send you printed announcements with complimentary luncheon invitations. These invitations are for you, your primary guest, and up to 10 other family members, friends, and colleagues you wish to invite. We will also send you digital versions for you to send to guests by email.

Toggle ItemLecture Guidelines
The deadline to submit your bio, headshot, and lecture title via the Lecture/Bio form is August 1.
Your college representative will provide you information on your lecture venue.
Most lectures will be held on Thursday, October 8, at 11:00 a.m. Lectures should end no later than 11:50 a.m. so you can arrive at the awards luncheon on time. Colleges may choose to give an introduction and request time for Q&A. We advise you to coordinate with your college representatives for further details.
For your lecture, we encourage topics related to your field of expertise, how you arrived where you are, and the impact of BYU on your life and work. Lecture titles should be brief (no longer than 7 words) and engaging. Below are some examples from past years.

Toggle ItemVIP Loge
Two seats will be reserved in the VIP Loge for the honoree and their primary guest. BYU Alumni reserves a block of tickets available for purchase, with up to 15 tickets allotted per honoree. If more than 15 tickets are needed, please email alumni_events@byu.edu
Please keep in mind that these tickets are not available for resale and are non-transferrable. -

Honorees and their primary guests are asked to dress in business formal for the luncheon, whereas business casual should be worn in the VIP Loge at the football game.
The dress code for each event may also be found in the "Overview and Schedule" tab. -

For any guests needing special assistance (handicap accessibility, etc.) please notify the Alumni Relations office so we may best accommodate.
At orientation, you will receive a magnetic nametag. If you have a pacemaker, please contact the Alumni Relations office at alumni_events@byu.edu for an alternative option.
